Market Access Manager

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Market Access Manager in Bangkok to develop and execute market access strategies across reimbursement and self-pay channels. The role involves building value propositions, designing patient access solutions, and engaging stakeholders to optimize pricing and access throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies across self-pay and reimbursement channels
• Develop value stories supported by scientific and health economic evidence for products
• Design and implement patient access solutions to address barriers and improve uptake
• Lead Patient Access Programs and stakeholder partnerships in compliance with company standards
• Build relationships with reimbursement, payer, and healthcare stakeholders to support value recognition

Requirements

• Master's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience in Market Access, Health Economics, or Pricing
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement, and policy environments
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities and develop practical access solutions
• Leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Business-level English proficiency
