รายละเอียดงาน
1. รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำและตรวจสอบสัญญาทางกฎหมายทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
2. รับผิดชอบในการบริหารกระบวนการจัดการสัญญา โดยรับคำขอจากหน่วยงานภายใน และบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบจัดการสัญญาอย่างเป็นระบบ
3. รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบและยืนยันความครบถ้วนและความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบสัญญาก่อนนำไปดำเนินการในขั้นตอนถัดไป
4. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการร่างและตรวจสอบสัญญาทางกฎหมายทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- สามารถทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันเพื่อให้บรรลุตามกำหนดเวลา
- มีประสบการณ์ในการร่างและตรวจสอบสัญญาอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการสัญญาทางกฎหมายทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการสัญญา รวมถึงการจัดการกระบวนการทำงานของสัญญาและการควบคุมเอกสาร
