ปัจจุบัน LINE MAN Wongnai ขยายกิจการเข้าสู่ ธุรกิจเสริมความงาม ทันตกรรม และ ร้านค้าบริการ เช่น ร้านนวด/สปา หรือ ร้านบิวตี้ ภายใต้แบรนด์ JERA เพื่อรองรับกับการขยายกิจการครั้งนี้
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ เพื่อให้การใช้งานโปรเเกรมและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ติดตามการใช้งานระบบ JERA พร้อมประสานงานการติดตั้ง และดูแลการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานเบื้องต้นให้ลูกค้า
- ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยเหลือด้านเทคนิคแก่แอดมินของลูกค้า พร้อมรวบรวมปัญหา และประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนาเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบ
- ประสานงานการตั้งค่ากิจกรรมและแคมเปญการตลาดของลูกค้า รวมถึงติดตามผลลัพธ์การใช้งาน
- รวบรวม Feedback และข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้า เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาการบริการ เพิ่มความพึงพอใจ และรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาว
