Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the gardening team
• Plan and maintain landscaping schedules for gardens, lawns, trees, and plants
• Ensure all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-presented
• Monitor plant health and apply appropriate care (watering, fertilizing, pruning, pest control)
• Manage garden tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Control budget and inventory for gardening materials
• Train and guide gardeners on proper horticultural techniques
• Coordinate with other departments for landscaping projects or special events
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Report maintenance issues and propose improvements for landscape design
