Assistant Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities - Oversee Front Office operations and coordinate with all related departments.
- Ensure efficient and smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Deliver luxury and personalized guest service experiences.
- Manage VIP guests, repeat guests, and NH DISCOVERY members.
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally.
- Support room upselling initiatives and drive room revenue growth.
- Lead and develop Front Office team members to enhance their performance.
- Ensure compliance with NH Collection Brand Standards.
- Prepare reports and manage data in PMS (Opera Cloud).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of Front Office experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient in Opera Cloud PMS.
- Good command of English communication skills.
