Business Intelligence Analyst / Manager

AbbVie seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst or Manager for Allergan Aesthetics in Bangkok to design and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and commercial analytics. The role involves sales performance reporting, CRM data management, and analytical support for business planning across products and territories.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards; recommend enhancements for usability and insight generation
• Prepare recurring performance reports tracking sales, KPIs, customer segmentation, and commercial metrics across products and channels
• Perform ad hoc analysis on sales, CRM, and other business data; support forecasting and business planning
• Coordinate with CRM and Data Steward teams to ensure data quality, system maintenance, and user acceptance testing
• Validate distributor and internal data; serve as primary contact for data discrepancies and support Sales Database implementation

Requirements

• 2–4 years commercial analytics or BI experience (Analyst) or 6–8 years (Manager)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables, formulas, and templates
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI/visualization tools
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or data systems such as SAP or Veeva CRM preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken
