Client Advisor

Responsibilities
- Mange and deliver integrated omnichannel services to meet customer needs.
- Welcome and guide customers through every step of their journey with high attention to detail and a best-in-class service standard.
- Consistently reach and exceed sales goals, conversion rates, and clienteling performance targets.
- Adhere to administrative procedures while maintaining accurate and effective inventory management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in luxury retail as a Client Advisor, Sales Associate, or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to identify client needs, cross-sell effectively, and close sales to drive both individual and store targets.
- Highly responsive with strong conflict-resolution skills to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and long-term client retention strategies.
- Fluent in English (additional market-specific languages are a plus).
