Business Development Manager (Pattaya region)

We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced sales professional with strong connections in Pattaya’s hospitality sector and a strong desire to develop business in the area. We’re looking for a salesperson who is ready to take responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and is strongly results-oriented.

Responsibilities

The main objective of this role is to develop the business i n the Pattaya region and acquire high-value customers . After a one- to two-month onboarding period, your KPI is to bring in at least 4 new clients per month who meet our ADR and room-count criteria.

To achieve this goal, the Business Development Manager will:

• Travel extensively to meet hotel managers and present Exely’s solutions. Approximately 80% of the role involves face-to-face meetings with clients in their territory.
• Generate leads through cold calls, cold visits, industry events, and collaboration with the marketing team.
• Handle inbound leads and convert them into customers.
• Build trusted relationships with hospitality professionals and represent Exely at events for hoteliers.
• Conduct market research and share relevant insights with the management team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Based in Pattaya/ originally from the area/ or willing to relocate to Pattaya. You should also be comfortable travelling around the region for business meetings.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the technology industry, ideally selling solutions to hoteliers and four- or five-star properties, or at least four years of experience in hospitality sales.
• An established network of contacts among hoteliers in the Pattaya region.
• A client-focused and results-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent business travel around the Pattaya region.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality technology providers and solutions in Thailand.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard computer software.
• Access to and willingness to use a private car for business purposes.
• Membership in hotel or travel associations and experience attending travel trade shows would be an advantage.
