SALES & MARKETING OFFICER (Latex Concentrate & STR CV | Industrial & Export Sales)

รายละเอียดงาน
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Latex Concentrate & STR CV
• Develop and manage export, industrial, and commodity customers
• Actively source new buyers, traders, and long-term contract opportunities
• Prepare and negotiate pricing, sales contracts, and shipment terms
• Coordinate closely with production, quality, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth delivery and product consistency
• Monitor latex and rubber market movements, SICOM pricing, and competitor activities
• Handle customer feedback, claims, and commercial resolutions professionally
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and margin analysis for management
• Participate in customer meetings, factory audits, and trade exhibitions

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields
2. • 2–5 years experience in Latex Concentrate / STR / Rubber / Commodity sales
3. • Strong B2B & export sales capability with proven deal-closing skills
4. • Good understanding of STR CV specs, latex concentrate applications, and export procedures
5. • Familiar with Incoterms, LC / TT, shipping, and export documentation
6. • Excellent English communication skills (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
7. • Highly target-driven, commercially minded, and self-motivated
8. • Willing to travel domestically and overseas
