As a  Marketing Coordinator  at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in supports a company’s marketing department by planning, executing CLM submission, marketing events organizer, and more. They bridge strategy and execution and help ensure alignment with company goals

Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit sales and marketing activities through the CLM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and follow up for timely approvals and updates.

• Organize and execute marketing events including AA events, company events, society activities, seminars, and conferences.

• Manage venue booking, vendor coordination, and budget tracking to ensure smooth event delivery.

• Handle expense claims, advance requests, and receipt settlements in line with company and DKSH policies, while coordinating compliance documentation and approvals.

• Provide operational support for exhibitions, booth setups, and event execution, maintaining accurate records for reporting and audits.

• Liaise with Sales, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

• Track and report on event outcomes, CLM submission status, and key performance indicators.

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and continuously improve processes

What you will bring to the team: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications will be advantage)

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, event management or related (healthcare or B2B will be advantage).

• Familiarity with marketing operational task processes 

• Able to communicate in English (reading / writing)
