เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีธุรการ Account and Admin สาขาศรีนครินทร์

รายละเอียดงาน
จัดทำเอกสารบัญชี เช่น ใบสำคัญรับ-จ่าย, ใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ฯลฯ
บันทึกบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่าย ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชี
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เช่น ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายการเงิน และลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับเอกสารทางบัญชี
จัดการงานธุรการบัญชี เช่น ดูแลใบกำกับภาษี ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และสรุปรายงานภาษี
จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานทางบัญชี เช่น งบกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร
ดูแลเอกสารการเงินและบัญชีให้เป็นระเบียบ และพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบ งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี, การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีทักษะการจัดการเอกสารที่ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel) และโปรแกรมบัญชี Express ได้
- มีความสามารถในการติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
