Rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve), vous avez le sens aigu de l'expérience client. Vous vous caractérisez par votre dynamisme, votre chaleur humaine et votre pédagogie mais aussi par votre souci du détail. Ce poste s'adresse à des professionnels confirmés, engagés et bienveillants ayant la volonté de s'investir sur du long terme et désireux de porter haut les couleurs de cette belle maison. Fort(e) d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans des établissements deux étoiles Michelin, vous êtes un excellent manager d'équipe doublé d'un bon gestionnaire. Vous souhaitez intégrer une cuisine renommée depuis 4 générations, toujours en développement avec des perspectives d'évolution à travers le monde. Bienveillant(e) et fédérateur(rice), vous aimez manager une équipe et la faire progresser au quotidien. Fluency in French is mandatory. Rigorous and proactive, you have a keen sense of the customer experience. With at least 3 years of experience in two-Michelin-star establishments, you are an excellent team leader combined with strong management skills.
