Executive Assistant to the CEO

A dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO with an exceptional skills, excellent in written and verbal English communication skills. Must have a proactive attitude towards handling multiple tasks efficiently. The role requires high level of discretion and professionalism.

The role is highly critical in ensuring the CEO's objectives are met by proactively managing workflows and assisting with various tasks as needed, including creating meeting minutes and supporting team coordination. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant with a strong preference who have supported C-level executives.
• Able to deal with international clients/executives, specifically in US.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and project management software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of software development and able to work in an IT/Technology industry is a plus.
• Able and has experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to make work efficiently and effectively.
• Has experience in creating and managing content for different platforms.
• Ability to work across time zones and navigate cross-cultural communication and differences between Philippines and US based teams.
• Self-driven, passionate and seeks continuous learning and self-improvement.
