Job Description

• Oversee all kitchen operations, menu planning and ingredient selection specifically for the rooftop.
• Drive the creation of authentic, as well as innovative Mediterranean and international dishes that reflect culinary mastery.
• Manage day-to-day production, ensuring consistency in food quality, taste and premium presentation.
• Responsible for driving profitability through food and labor cost controls while engaging with guests to refine the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of culinary experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership, ideally in Chef de cuisine role.
• Expertise in Mediterranean and International cuisines, preferably with background in fine dining or high-volume operation.
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
