Tk&I RAM & Safety Assurance Manager

At Alstom, we build what millions depend on daily - rail transportation systems that can't afford to fail. We're more than 85,000 people worldwide creating the industry's most diverse portfolio: high-speed trains, metros, trams, maintenance services and integrated systems.

More Than a Job: A Mission

We are looking for a passionate leader to drive reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) excellence across our Bangkok operations. As part of a global team of experts, you will ensure that every system we deliver meets the highest standards of safety and performance, shaping the future of sustainable mobility.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Lead RAMS activities across complex rail projects, ensuring compliance with EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129 standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to integrate safety and reliability into every design phase.
• Develop and maintain reliability models, fault tree analyses, and hazard logs to ensure system robustness.
• Drive innovation in safety assurance processes through digital tools and predictive analytics.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across multidisciplinary teams.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in RAMS methodologies such as FMEA, FTA, and RBD modeling.
• Experience with safety management systems and standards like IEC 61508 or CENELEC.
• Ability to lead cross-functional reviews and ensure traceability of safety requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in reliability prediction tools (e.g., Reliasoft, Isograph).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align technical and operational goals.

How Success Is Measured

• Achievement of project safety and reliability targets within defined timelines.
• Effective collaboration and leadership across engineering and assurance teams.
• Reduction in system defects and improvement in operational efficiency metrics.

Alstom, A Great Place to Grow

• Work with cutting-edge rail technologies driving the next generation of mobility.
• Contribute to global projects with tangible local impact in Bangkok and beyond.
• Advance your career through continuous learning, mentorship, and international exposure.

Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
