Job Description

• Develop and execute the company's commercial strategies in alignment with organisational goals.
• Lead and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and market expansion.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all commercial activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking an established commercial leader with a strong track record of driving growth in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences or closely related sectors .

• 15+ years of progressive commercial and business leadership experience , including substantial responsibility for sales, marketing, business development and/or P&L.
• Strong experience within the medical device or healthcare sector is highly preferred.
• Experience working for a leading multinational corporation , ideally at Country Commercial Director, Commercial Director, General Manager, Managing Director or equivalent C-level level.
• Alternatively, strong C-level or senior executive experience from a leading Thai healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or related local business .
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that have delivered significant revenue and profitability growth.
• Strong understanding of the Thai healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, principals and relevant commercial channels.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing senior leadership, Boards and shareholders.
