Associate Recruitment Consultant (Bilingual) - Full time

Client Development & Business Growth

• Identify and build relationships with new clients through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Korean-, Chinese-, and Japanese-speaking clients, while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to multinational companies and businesses with strong connections across the Asian market.
• Lead business negotiations, establish terms of engagement, and successfully close recruitment partnerships.

Recruitment & Talent Delivery

• Identify and attract qualified bilingual candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media platforms, and internal talent databases.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews in English and, when required, Korean, Chinese, or Japanese.
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from initial candidate introduction through client interviews and final selection.
• Present suitable candidates to clients and provide insights and recommendations to support their hiring decisions.
• Manage the offer stage, salary negotiations, and placement process through to a successful hire.

Performance & Pipeline Management

• Take full ownership of both sales and recruitment pipelines, managing activities from initial outreach through to successful placement.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue, placement, and KPI targets.
• Maintain accurate records, sales forecasts, activity reports, and CRM updates to ensure clear visibility of business performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Headhunter/HR recruiting or B2B sales
• Fluent in English, Thai, Korean, or Mandarin
• Communicative, strategic, and performance-driven
