Business Controller - Food Manufacturer

​Our client, a global food ingredients manufacturer, is seeking a talented Business Controller to support financial planning, business performance analysis, and cost control across manufacturing operations in Thailand. This role is responsible for providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making, improve profitability, and drive operational performance.

A newly created one, the Business Controller will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to monitor business performance, analyze manufacturing costs and variances, develop budgets and forecasts, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and continuous improvement. The role will also be responsible for ensuring financial transparency, supporting management reporting, and maintaining strong financial controls across the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Strong experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Costing, or Manufacturing Finance.

• Experience within food manufacturing, food ingredients, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing environments is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.

• Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.

• Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
