What You'll Drive

• Inform the product and promotion detail to the customers by Call-center system
• Manage the sale by using online shop
• Coordinate with the stock teams 
• Monitor any problem in which related to the online shop
• Promote the promotion and product by Outbound call
• Inform the information via social media (Facebook, Line@, website)
• Handle reservation code and follow up Expired Code for the customers
• Handle task as assigned
• Working hour: 5 days a week on rotating shifts (08:00-17:00 or 11:00-20:00). Days off will may not necessarily fall on Saturday or Sunday.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, marketing, Management or related.
• At least 1 years of working experience in Call-center field
• Experience in call-center or sale would be highly advantageous
