Product Specialist - Pharma (Oncology)

Abbott seeks a Product Specialist for its oncology biologic portfolio in Bangkok. The role focuses on executing commercial strategies, building physician partnerships, managing market access, and translating clinical data to drive brand adoption and patient access.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated commercial plans with focus on sales force readiness and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain partnerships with specialist physicians and treatment centers to drive adoption
• Partner with Market Access to identify barriers, accelerate reimbursement, and optimize access
• Assess competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform strategic and tactical adjustments
• Track KPIs including sales, market share, and penetration; optimize resource allocation based on performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or related field
• 3–6+ years pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, ideally in biologics
• Strong understanding of originator biologics and oncology therapeutics
• Ability to translate complex clinical and scientific data into brand narratives
• Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
• Demonstrated success in market execution and customer engagement
