เรากําลังมองหา UX/UI Designer ที่มีประสบการณ์และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการออกแบบประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้งานดิจิทัล
แบบครบวงจร เพื่อร่วมพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มขนาดใหญ่ที่มีผู้ใช้งานจํานวนมาก และสนับสนุนเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจอย่าง
เป็นรูปธรรม
1. ออกแบบ UX/UI ตั้งแต่แนวคิดจนถึงการใช้งานจริงในรูปแบบ End-to-End Product Design
2. กําหนดและสื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์ด้าน UX/UI ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจ ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน และข้อจํากัด
ด้านเทคนิค
3. ออกแบบ UX/UI และ Prototype ที่ใช้งานง่าย และตอบโจทย์ผู้ใช้งานจํานวนมาก
4. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาผู้ใช้งาน สร้าง Persona และแปลง Insight เป็นแนวทางการออกแบบที่นําไปใช้ได้จริง
5. ทํางานร่วมกับทีม Product, Developer, Business และ Data อย่างใกล้ชิด
6. ปรับปรุงงานออกแบบอย่างต่อเนื่องจาก Feedback และข้อมูลผู้ใช้งาน
7. ส่งเสริมแนวคิด User-Centered Design ภายในทีม วันทํางาน : จันทร์-ศุกร์
วันหยุด : วันเสาร์, วันอาทิตย์
เวลาทํางาน : 09:00 - 18:00
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการออกแบบ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน UX/UI หรือ Product Design อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- เชี่ยวชาญการออกแบบ Web/Mobile Application และ Digital Product
- เข้าใจ UX/UI Principles, Interaction Design และ Design System
- ใช้งานเครื่องมือออกแบบ เช่น Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch หรือเทียบเท่า
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และทํางานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านแพลตฟอร์มขนาดใหญ่ หรือระบบ Loyalty จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
