Retail Sales Assistant (Central Village)

WE’RE HIRING Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for Pop-up Store at Central Village.

Duration: 1 month contract (1 Oct – 1 Nov)

Schedule

• 1 position: Mon – Fri
• 1 position: Sat – Sun
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Rate: 75 THB/hour

What You'll Do

• Welcome and guide walk-in customers — help them find the perfect YVIS piece and close the sale
• Compile and submit daily sales reports
• Keep the store tidy and perform regular inventory stock counts
• Maintain a beautiful, brand-consistent product display at all times
• Follow company procedures and complete tasks assigned by management

Who We're Looking For

• Customer-first mindset — you genuinely love helping people and delivering great service
• Solid basic English communication skills, with the ability to close a sale confidently
• Can communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) — highly preferred!
• Comfortable with computers and basic software programs
• Great memory for product details and love sharing what you know
• A genuine fan of the YVIS brand — passion for the product shows
• Polished, friendly personality with a natural flair for sales
• Honest, punctual, and accountable — we trust our team
• Resourceful and calm under pressure — can handle unexpected situations on the spot
• Hands-on and detail-oriented — willing to learn watchstrap cutting for customers
• Process-driven — attentive to company SOPs and operational standards to achieve the best results
• Growth mindset — open to learning and loves working as part of a team
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent — new graduates are welcome!
• Must be available to work weekends and public holidays
