Your Role

Facilitator to a great in-store consumer experience for the Retail Sunglass brands in Thailand. Achieving brand consistency and maximises partnership opportunities and local community engagement, driving traffic in-store.

Areas of responsibilities

Local Store Marketing

• Coordinate and execute on all campaigns and events that are aligned with the marketing calendar and product release.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and execute localised campaigns and collateral to address specific business objectives, increase awareness and drive traffic to underperforming stores.
• Act as the point of contact for discussions regarding local marketing opportunities and activations and manage communications of LSM activities.
• Manage all timings with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Work on post LSM campaign and activities analysis with the LSM & Partnerships Manager
• Ensure that all retail banners are accurately represented on centre and external websites aligning with brand positioning

Support in relevant Digital / PR execution

• Support in any CRM, NPS, GMB and KOL program
• Support with translation for any Web, EDM and Social content.

• Tracker and compile data for review and report with team

Partnership, Brand Ambassadors and Mall Marketing

• Manage & execute campaigns with various partners, brand ambassadors and Malls that are aligned with brand, front door campaigns and products.
• Maintain tracker to monitor and report on all activities.

Budget and reporting

• Creating and processing of Marketing related purchase orders
• Management of Marketing campaign budget.
• Track PO and costs logs to provide visibility of cost of business
• Set up and management of new vendors
• Maintain tracker to monitor and report on all activities.

Team management

• Manage key stakeholders and peers
• Assist with prioritizing projects and workload across the team to service business objectives.
• Provide support to the regional manager and wider team.

Contribution of Culture

• Create internal communication (monthly bulletins and etc) to drive awareness and love for each front door, campaign and activity.
• Create a fun and energetic environment for all to engage in Front door and campaign and activity.
• Celebrate success and learnings of the team big and small wins

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Communications or Business
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Retail and Marketing role.

• Demonstrate Marketing knowledge.
• Customer centric, good business acumen and analytical skills.
• Fluent in communication to drive engagement with different stakeholders, partnership, KOL management, etc.
• Outgoing, engaging, positive attitude and willing to go extra mile
• Organisational and planning skills
• Prioritisation and time management
• Must be proficient in English.
