What You'll Drive

• Application Development & Deployment: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Web and Mobile Applications (covering Frontend, Backend, or Full-Stack) to optimize the end-user learning experience.
• Strategic Collaboration: Engage in close and effective cooperation with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineering, and UX/UI Designers, to ensure successful product delivery from conceptualization through launch.
• System Integrity & Optimization: Produce clean, efficient, and highly maintainable code. This includes continuous improvement and technical debt resolution for existing systems to ensure robust performance.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship (Senior Candidates):
  • Assume complete technical ownership of core products or significant features, providing sophisticated technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate competence in task decomposition, resource allocation, and providing guidance to junior engineering staff.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and code-quality guidance to junior teammates.
  • Lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other fields with a proven background in software engineering experience. We review applications based heavily on your real work, portfolio, and problem-solving ability, not just your degree or GPA.
• We are open to new graduates with a strong proven background. Prior experience in production code development, participation in competitive hackathons, internships, open-source contributions, university projects, or personal projects is considered a significant advantage.
• We are looking for engineers who can work independently , take ownership of their tasks, and proactively find solutions without needing close supervision. We take this point seriously.

Technical Expertise :

Required :

• Proven professional experience in developing functional Web and Mobile Applications. (Open to candidates specializing in Frontend, Backend, or Full-Stack.)
• Proficiency or significant familiarity with our core technology stack is essential:
  • Frontend Technologies: Expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and modern CSS Frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, CSS-in-JS).
  • Backend Technologies: Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, Docker, MySQL, Firebase and TypeScript.

Preferred :

• Backend Technology: NestJS.
• Mobile (Hybrid) Technologies: Practical experience with React/React Native or Flutter.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and Kubernetes.

• Adaptability & Continuous Learning: A high capacity for rapid skill acquisition, consistent monitoring of emerging technologies, and a proactive approach to experimentation.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Analytical and technical troubleshooting skills, coupled with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Initiative & Autonomy: A strong self-driven attitude and a proactive desire to initiate and implement solutions that benefit the product and the engineering team.
