Sales Manager
Danaher
Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Manager to lead sales representatives and develop strategic relationships with key accounts, distribution partners, and opinion leaders across Thailand. This remote role reports to the Country Manager and involves driving revenue growth through direct and partner channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive and motivate sales representatives to meet targets and support accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners and key opinion leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, and Compliance
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity; report findings to management
- Ensure all sales activity is logged in CRM for funnel tracking and analysis
Requirements
- 10+ years B2B sales experience with 5+ years sales management
- Proven track record of sales performance and team leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% domestically within assigned territory
- Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting
