Store & Stock Asset Officer - Laguna Living

Job Requirement:

1. Computer Proficiency – Strong background in computer applications, with practical ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and data management.
2. Basic English Communication – Capable of communicating effectively in written and spoken English for supplier and team coordination.
3. High Responsibility – Demonstrates accountability and reliability in managing company assets and stock records.
4. Independent Work Ability – Able to perform tasks individually with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
5. Integrity & Honesty – Upholds ethical standards in asset handling, reporting, and procurement activities.
6. Procurement Cycle Knowledge – Understands requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, and payment processes to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
7. Pressure & Emergency Management – Skilled in working under pressure and handling urgent or emergency situations effectively.
8. Stock Management Expertise – Strong knowledge of asset tracking tools, warehouse management systems, and stock control procedures.
9. Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in documentation, labeling, and auditing processes.
10. Organizational & Record Keeping – Maintains precise records, reconciles discrepancies, and supports compliance with audit standards.

Position Specific Requirements:
