Specialist, FE Scheduling (BB)

Key accountabilities

• Create Front End plan in weekly and daily production schedules that align with customer (Finishing) requested date and quantity and Production requirement to achieve process efficiency and productivity
• Follow up adherence to plan and take action to deliver according to plan.
• Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in PEX, Production, Material Management and Master Planning to get reliable parameters to create effective production schedule.
• Review and discuss performance variance against KPI target with key stakeholders and ensure corrective actions are taken in timely manner

Professional qualifications

• More than 2 years in Planning/Supply chain field.
• Ability to relate cooperatively with internal and external departments.
• Familiar with planning/ scheduling for fast changing products, changing product mix/complexity. 
• Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).

Personal Competencies

• Knowledge in ERP or APS system.
• Proactive thinking and Analytical skill.
• Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
• Detailed and result oriented.
