Compliance Manager

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, Auditing, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, compliance, audit, governance, or commercial finance within a multinational environment.
- Hospitality, hotel, or audit firm experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify compliance risks and control gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support compliance reviews, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify potential risks.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and reports.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to strengthen governance, controls, and risk management.
Key Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, contractual provisions, compliance, and risk management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Proactive, curious, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity, professional judgment, confidentiality, and accountability.
