Compliance Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, Auditing, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, compliance, audit, governance, or commercial finance within a multinational environment.
• Hospitality, hotel, or audit firm experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance risks and control gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support compliance reviews, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify potential risks.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and reports.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to strengthen governance, controls, and risk management.

Key Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, contractual provisions, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Proactive, curious, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity, professional judgment, confidentiality, and accountability.
