Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufactureพ industry. With a strong international presence, the company is known for its high-quality standards, innovation, and commitment to sustainability. They are currently seeking a QA Manager to lead quality assurance operations and ensure compliance with international food safety standards.

This role is responsible for leading quality assurance operations to ensure all products meet strict food safety and quality standards. You will drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, manage quality systems, and collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to maintain compliance and enhance overall product quality.

• Implement and maintain the quality management system, ensuring alignment with company objectives and corporate quality policies.

• Manage and control all quality documentation, including Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions, and customer requirements.

• Ensure all plant operations comply with food safety standards, regulations, and customer specifications.

• Oversee quality control processes and reporting within production, ensuring adherence to defined plans and procedures.

• Handle customer complaints, non-conformance issues, and coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality matters.

• Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance, including defect trends, deficiencies, and Cost of Quality (COQ).

• Act as Quality Management Representative (QMR), leading internal audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead quality training and development programs to enhance team capability and maintain consistent quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Academic background in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field, with experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the food industry.

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations, including EU, international, and local compliance requirements.

• Solid understanding of food processing, productivity improvement, performance measurement, and process optimization.

• Proven experience in managing suppliers, outsourcing, and co-packing operations.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

• Good command of English, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills in factory and operational environments.
