Internship duration : At least 2 months

In this role, you will get to:

• Assist with HR operational processes such as attendance management and employee relations.
• Participate in People Operations projects, including onboarding and employee engagement programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR activities.
• Provide documentation support to the HR team and handle paperwork.
• Support the organization of company activities, including company trips, new year parties, and meetings.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

You'll be successful if you have:

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s in any area.
• HR Visualizations & Design Create infographics and engagement materials. 
• A strong interest in Human Resources with well-versed communication skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Thai.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A people-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
