Restaurant Manager / Supervisor

– Oversee and manage the daily restaurant operations.
– Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
– Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
– Organize and manage staff work schedules and daily workflow.
– Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
– Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth operations.
– Monitor stock levels and place orders when required.
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
– Handle table reservations and guest inquiries.
– Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient and beverage orders.
– Handle HR-related tasks, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and payroll.
– Prepare and submit daily reports to the management team.
– Learn and assist with the hotel booking system.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
– Successful candidates will undergo training before starting the full management role (approximately 1–2 months).

Qualifications:

– Thai nationality.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Good command of spoken and written English.
– Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, POS systems).
– Knowledge of hotel booking systems.
– Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, beverages, and wines.
– Friendly, professional, service-minded, and proactive.

Experience:

– Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant or hotel management.
– Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a European or Steakhouse restaurant will be an advantage.
