Job Role
The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, product launch initiatives, and consumer engagement activities within Thailand. The role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, driving market relevance, managing marketing investments, and ensuring the successful execution of localized campaigns that support business growth objectives.
Working closely with local leadership and regional stakeholders, the successful candidate will bridge global brand direction with local market dynamics while leading a small marketing team. This position requires a strategic and data-driven marketing professional who can combine consumer insights, commercial understanding, and creative execution to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized brand strategies, positioning initiatives, and marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, trade marketing, ATL, BTL, and consumer activation programs.
- Manage product launch activities from planning through execution, ensuring strong market penetration and consumer engagement.
- Conduct market research, consumer analysis, and competitor monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and growth strategies.
- Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing initiatives that strengthen brand relevance and customer loyalty.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance tracking, and return-on-investment analysis to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support channel-specific marketing activities and drive retail sell-out performance.
- Coordinate with regional and international stakeholders to ensure alignment between local execution and overall brand strategy.
- Prepare marketing reports, business reviews, and performance analyses to support management decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and develop local marketing team members while fostering a high-performance and collaborative working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing management, integrated marketing communications, or related roles within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and commercial marketing initiatives at a managerial level.
- Strong background within ice cream, dairy products, food and beverage, frozen foods, perishable consumer goods, or related FMCG categories.
- Demonstrated experience managing product launches, consumer campaigns, and brand-building initiatives from concept through execution.
- Strong understanding of the Thailand consumer market, retail landscape, customer behavior, and local marketing dynamics.
- Experience conducting consumer research, market analysis, campaign evaluation, and marketing performance measurement.
- Strong capability in marketing budget management, ROI analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive marketing execution effectively.
- Strategic thinking capability combined with strong execution skills in fast-paced and competitive business environments.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand for market visits, campaign evaluations, and business activities.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multinational stakeholders and support cross-border marketing coordination.
