Major Duties and Responsibilities:

•Monitoring Sale Performance
- Recreation & Ideas strategic plan to drive sale volume.
- Visiting and making a closed relation to Group Manager & Branch Manager to achieve respective sale target.
- Motivate Group Manager, Branch Manager and also Branch Staff to achieve sale target i.e. launch campaign, sell activities

•Training Management
- Train CHUBB product and sale technique to Group Manager, Branch Manager and also Branch Staff.

•Communication skills
- Directly report the movement of sale performance & field problem to Zone Manager and Head Sale Management
- Update all information to Group Manager, Branch Manager and also Branch Staff for example new promotions/campaigns or new launching products.

•Support Skills
- Inform movement of sale number to Group Manager, Branch Manager and also Branch Staff.
- Focus on pending cases/monitoring SLA to getting improve.
- After sale service is must served to Group Manager, Branch Manager and also Branch Staff, i.e. Claim, Collection, Renew and POS process

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำปริญญาตรี
2. มีประสบการณ์ขั้นต่ำในการทำงานด้านการตลาด การขายอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านประกันภัยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี, กล้าแสดงออก, สามารถพรีเซ้นท์งานได้ดี
6. ขับรถได้และมีใบขับขี่
7. มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Excel, Power Point)
