The team you will be part of

You will join our Short Video Team within the Social Commerce unit — a high-performance team focused on building content that doesn’t just look good, but converts. We operate at the intersection of creativity and commerce. From product storytelling to campaign execution, we create short-form videos that drive measurable business outcomes across TikTok and social platforms.

Working closely with editors, producers, affiliate specialists, and livestream teams, we continuously test, optimize, and scale winning formats for leading international brands across SEA.

The part you will play

We’re looking for a highly creative and driven Content Strategist to join our growing content team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping brand storytelling—developing compelling ideas, writing engaging scripts and captions, and spotting trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective. You will combine creativity, trend fluency, and performance thinking to build scroll-stopping content frameworks — not just write scripts. This role demands a passion for words, strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for creative opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Senior Content Strategist, you will take charge of:

• Develop short-form video strategies aligned with brand objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion).
• Create content pillars and angle frameworks per brand.
• Translate campaign briefs into scalable short video playbooks
• Write clear, compelling scripts and storyboards for short-form video content, from product showcases to campaign storytelling.
• Work closely with: Video editors (execution quality), Producers (shoot planning), Affiliate team (conversion hooks), Livestream team (video-to-live strategy)
• Craft engaging, on-brand captions that support video narratives and highlight key eCommerce hooks
• Conduct trendspotting and competitor benchmarking to identify creative opportunities and shape content strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with video editors and strategists to ensure messaging is cohesive and effective.
• Present ideas confidently—both in writing and verbally—in team brainstorms and reviews.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 4-5 years experience in short-form video, content strategy, or performance copywriting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing storyboarding, social content, or campaign work
• Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem & algorithm behavior
• Ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable content ideas
• Basic ability to interpret content performance data and apply insights to copywriting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for pop culture, fashion, lifestyle, and digital storytelling

Nice to Have:

• Experience in social commerce / e-commerce brands
• Experience working with creators or KOL content
• Understanding of GMV-driven campaigns
• Can work under pressure and strive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ASANA, Frame.io, Google Suite
