บริหารการผลิตรายการข่าวเชิงลึกและวิดีโอรายวันควบคุมคุณภาพเนื้อหาให้ได้มาตรฐานสากล
รายละเอียดงาน
1. วิเคราะห์บริบทและเนื้อหาของแต่ละรายการ เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการผลิต (Direction) ให้สอดคล้องกับกลุ่มผู้ชม
2. ออกแบบโครงสร้างการเล่าเรื่อง กำหนด Key Message รวมถึง Mood & Tone ให้มีความโดดเด่นและน่าสนใจ
3. วางแผนและบริหารกระบวนการผลิตวิดีโอครบวงจร (Pre–Production–Post) ทั้งรูปแบบรายการเชิงลึก (Long-form) เช่น KEY MESSAGES, GLOBAL FOCUS, DECODING THE WORLD, THE WORLD DIALOGUE และวิดีโอข่าวรายวัน (Short-form) เช่น NEWS MOMENTS, NEWS DIGEST
4. บริหารจัดการงบประมาณและทรัพยากรในการผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมปรับเปลี่ยนแผนงานตามสถานการณ์จริง
5. ประสานงานร่วมกับทีม Content Creator, พิธีกร, ทีมถ่ายทำ และทีมตัดต่อ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการทำงานให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
6. กำกับดูแลและตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ทั้งด้านภาพ เสียง และเนื้อหา ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของ THE STANDARD
7. บริหารจัดการไทม์ไลน์การดำเนินงาน เพื่อให้สามารถส่งมอบงานได้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลาที่ตั้งไว้
8. สนับสนุนการผลิตในโปรเจกต์พิเศษ เช่น SPECIAL PROJECT, UNCOVER รวมถึงงานอีเวนต์ การถ่ายทำภาคสนาม หรือความร่วมมือกับพาร์ตเนอร์
คุณสมบัติ
1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี (ไม่จำกัดสาขา)
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านโปรดักชันหรือการผลิตวิดีโอเชิงข่าว-สารคดี อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
3. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในเทคนิคการผลิตวิดีโอ การเล่าเรื่อง และการบริหารจัดการงบประมาณอย่างเป็นระบบ
4. มีความเข้าใจในพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคและธรรมชาติของแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม พร้อมปรับตัวตามเทรนด์วิดีโอที่เปลี่ยนแปลงเสมอ
5. มีความสนใจและติดตามประเด็นทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และการเมือง ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้ดี และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
7. มีทักษะในการประเมินความเสี่ยงและกล้าตัดสินใจภายใต้ข้อจำกัดด้านเวลาและสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้า
8. มีความเป็นผู้นำ เปิดกว้างในการรับฟังความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่าง และมีทักษะการสื่อสารในระดับดีเยี่ยม
