1.ดูแลและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าในกลุ่มสถาปนิก ผู้ออกแบบ เจ้าของโครงการ และผู้รับเหมา 2.นำเสนอสินค้า/ระบบ/โซลูชันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสถาปัตยกรรม ให้สอดคล้องกับแบบและความต้องการของโครงการ 3.ให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิค วัสดุ และการออกแบบเชิงสถาปัตยกรรมเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้า 4.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายออกแบบ ฝ่ายผลิต และฝ่ายโครงการ เพื่อให้การเสนอขายและส่งมอบงานเป็นไปตามแบบและแผน 5. จัดทำใบเสนอราคา สเปกสินค้า และเอกสารประกอบการขาย 6. ติดตามสถานะโครงการ ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนออกแบบ เสนอราคา จนถึงปิดการขาย 7.สำรวจตลาด วิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง และหาโอกาสทางการขายใหม่ๆ 8.เข้าพบลูกค้าและออกไซต์งานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- อายุ 23-40 ปี วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม,วิศวกรรมโยธา,ออกแบบภายใน,หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Sales Architect/Sales Project/ฝ่ายขายงานก่อสร้าง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เข้าใจแบบสถาปัยกรรม และสามารถอ่านแบบได้
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอ การเจรจาต่อรอง และการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายแผนก และบริหารโครการพร้อมกันได้
- ใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ เช่น AutoCAD/SketchUp/MS Office (หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และสมารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าหรือไซต์งานได้
