Senior Channel Partner (CP) Sales Rep_Thailand

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a Senior Channel Partner Sales Rep based in Thailand to drive business growth through dealer and channel partner network management. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing partner performance, and collaborating across internal teams to achieve revenue objectives in the Southeast Asia region.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute short- and long-term sales strategies with forecasting and funnel management
- Manage channel partner network performance against targets, quotas, and revenue goals
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, service, and operations teams on pre- and post-sales execution
- Develop clinical and life sciences market segments through value-based selling and strategic planning
- Maintain Salesforce compliance, forecast accuracy, and regulatory adherence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent scientific discipline
- 5-9 years life sciences sector experience with bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with master's degree
- Demonstrated success building and managing dealer or channel partner relationships
- Strong business communication and negotiation abilities in local language and English
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% for training and business meetings
