Missions/Main Duties

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
• Process inter-company transactions and charge note issue
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
• Cash management / THB petty cash custodian
• Liaise with external and internal auditors and taxation advisor
• Keep cheque books and prepare payments in accordance with company’s procedures
• Perform invoice billing and liaise with operation team in resolving billing issues
• Maintain and update customer master
• Maintain customer confidence by keeping financial information confidential
• Liaise and coordinate with various teams to prepare the financial and projects reports
• Ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Profile/Skills

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• CPA, CMA or equivalent certification is preferred
• At least 5-7 years’ experience in accounting and finance
• Organized, detailed oriented, hands-on and motivated
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
• Knowledge in accounting software, prior experience in Agresso accounting system will be an advantage
• Prior experience in project base accounting will be an advantage
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and clients to maximize performance
• Strong Excel skills
• Short notice availability is preferable

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in Thai
• Fluent in English
• Additional language is a plus
