Shop Process Design Assistant

Role Purpose

• Collect feedback and requirements from ABOs and cashier staff to support process improvements.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of in-store processes to ensure efficiency and compliance and propose improvements to supervisors.

Process Designation

• Assist in documenting and analyzing work processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support the team and serve as a liaison between operational staff and stakeholders.

Process Enhancement

• Summarize work processes to improve efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards, incorporating feedback from relevant departments or end-users to support process development and maximize organizational benefits.
• Update work procedures to ensure clarity, accuracy, and practical applicability.
• Monitor, review, and analyze processes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to relevant departments in implementing improved processes.

Solution Management

• Coordinate and support the practical implementation of processes to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and evaluate process usage according to standards and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare clear and actionable documentation related to processes to facilitate accurate and effective implementation.
• Provide consultation and support to relevant departments in applying processes to maximize benefits.

Work Instruction Management

• Coordinate and collect data with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance effectiveness, ensuring work instructions are well-organized, accessible, and easy to follow.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining work processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors, using feedback from operational activities to update and improve work instructions.

Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience/ Required Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Able to speak and write English
• Interpersonal skills with to collaborate with a team.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with teams and relevant departments
• Ability to analyze issues and propose practical solutions
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office or relevant operational systems
• Able to work under pressure.
